Data Analysts are the behind-the-scenes drivers of intelligent product decision-making and continuous optimization. You will deeply mine user behavior, health data, and business operation information. Through data modeling and analysis, you will provide decision support and growth momentum for various enterprise platforms (such as AI Health Assistant, smart wearable devices, digital beauty platform, etc.), helping the company drive innovation in health and beauty technology with data.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Collect, organize, and analyze user behavior data, product operation data, and market feedback, discovering potential business growth opportunities and user needs;
2. Responsible for modeling, visualization, and in-depth analysis of multi-end data from health management, smart wearables, beauty platforms, etc., delivering data reports and business insights;
3. Build a data analysis system, set key operational indicators (KPIs) and data tracking mechanisms, monitor core product metrics and user experience changes;
4. Support A/B testing, user profiling, market research, and other specialized analyses, providing scientific basis for product iteration, feature optimization, and market strategies;
5. Collaborate closely with product, R\&D, marketing, and other teams to drive data-driven business decisions and intelligent operations;
6. Participate in data governance, data security, and compliance management, enhancing the value and security of data assets;
7. Follow up on cutting-edge industry analysis tools and methods, driving automation and intelligent upgrades of data analysis.
III. Criteria
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, information management, or related fields;
2. More than 2 years of relevant data analysis work experience; experience in Internet, health technology, beauty, or smart hardware is preferred;
3. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data analysis/visualization tool (such as Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);
4. Solid data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization skills, able to independently complete data collection, cleaning, analysis, and report writing;
5. Understanding of common data analysis methods such as A/B testing, user growth, and operations analysis;
6. Good logical thinking and communication skills, able to tell stories with data and drive team consensus and business objectives;
7. Possess team spirit and self-motivation, adept at learning new knowledge and technologies;
8. Good English reading and writing skills, able to consult and understand international data analysis materials.
