1. Job Posting and Application

(1) Job Posting: All open positions are posted on the company’s official website, recruitment platforms, and social media, with detailed descriptions of job responsibilities, hiring criteria, and application requirements.

(2) Online Application: Applicants can submit their resumes and related materials through our recruitment website. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email to ensure your application has been successfully submitted.


2. Resume Screening and Preliminary Assessment

(1) Resume Screening: The recruitment team will conduct an initial screening of all applications based on job requirements. We pay special attention to skills match, work experience, and job motivation.

(2) Preliminary Communication: For qualified candidates, we will arrange an initial communication by email or phone to understand the candidate’s interest in the position, work background, and personal career goals.


3. Online Interview or Phone Interview

(1) Interview Arrangement: After initial screening, we will invite candidates to participate in an online or phone interview. The interview will focus on assessing the candidate’s professional skills, experience, professionalism, and team fit.

(2) Interview Content: During the interview, the candidate will discuss job requirements, personal experience, and how to contribute value to the company with the recruiting manager or relevant department head. We will also provide candidates with information about our company culture and answer their questions.


4. Technical Interview or Case Study

(1) Technical Interview (for technical positions): For technical roles (such as AI Engineer, Backend Developer, etc.), we will arrange a technical interview to assess the candidate’s grasp of relevant technologies. The technical interview may include coding tests, algorithm analysis, problem-solving, etc.

(2) Case Study (for Product Manager, Marketing, etc.): For non-technical roles, candidates may be required to complete a case study to demonstrate their ability to solve real business problems and provide relevant solutions and suggestions.


5. Final Interview and Cultural Fit Assessment

(1) Cultural Fit Interview: We attach great importance to the alignment between employees and company culture. In the final interview stage, we will have an in-depth discussion about the candidate’s values, work style, communication ability, and potential for teamwork.

(2) Executive Interview: For certain key positions, candidates may need to attend an interview with senior management. This interview focuses on whether the candidate can integrate into the company’s strategy and demonstrate leadership and innovation in the role.


6. Offer Decision and Background Check

(1) Offer Decision: Once the interviews are complete, the recruitment team will make a hiring decision based on the candidate’s overall performance. We will notify successful candidates by phone or email with an offer.

(2) Background Check: After the offer is made, we will conduct a background check to verify the candidate’s educational background, work experience, and other relevant information. We comply with privacy protection and legal compliance to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the background check process.


7. Compensation Negotiation and Contract Signing

(1) Compensation and Benefits Negotiation: After the background check is completed, we will discuss compensation and benefits with the candidate. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages and ensure that every employee’s contribution is fully recognized.

(2) Contract Signing: After reaching an agreement, the candidate will receive a formal employment contract. After signing the contract, the candidate can confirm joining the company and start their career journey.


8. Onboarding and Welcome Program

(1) Onboarding Preparation: Once the contract is signed, our HR team will arrange the onboarding process for you, including the employee handbook, work equipment, office environment introduction, etc.

(2) Welcome Program: We have designed a comprehensive welcome program for new employees, helping them integrate quickly into the company culture, become familiar with their job content, and start work quickly through onboarding training, team introductions, and a mentorship system.
