User Experience Designers are the bridge between products and users, focused on creating highly usable, aesthetically pleasing, and exceptionally smooth interactive experiences. You will be deeply involved in the interface and process design of core products such as the AI Health Assistant, smart wearable devices, and the digital beauty platform. Through design, you will empower health aesthetics, making technology services more approachable, easier to use, and warmer.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) design of various company products, driving continuous optimization and innovation of the product experience;
2. Based on user research, data analysis, and market research, deliver key design documents such as user personas, experience maps, and interactive prototypes;
3. Participate in product requirements analysis, efficiently collaborate with product managers, frontend and backend developers, marketing, and other teams to translate business goals into usability design solutions;
4. Design and improve interface style guides and component libraries to ensure the unity of product experience and brand aesthetics;
5. Follow up on user feedback and product data, continuously iterate on interfaces and interactive processes to enhance product usability and user satisfaction;
6. Explore interactive innovations with AI, AR, and other cutting-edge technologies in health and beauty scenarios, promoting the implementation of advanced design concepts;
7. Keep up with industry trends and competitor dynamics, actively learn the latest design tools and methods, and continuously enhance professional capabilities.
III. Criteria
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in industrial design, visual communication, human-computer interaction, psychology, computer science, or related fields;
2. More than 2 years of experience in user experience or interface design; experience in health technology, mobile internet, beauty, or smart hardware product design is preferred;
3. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.;
4. Solid interaction design and visual presentation skills, able to independently complete high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes;
5. Understand the balance between user experience and business objectives, adept at using data and user research to drive design decisions;
6. Good communication skills and team spirit, willing to share and embrace innovative challenges;
7. Experience in English interface design and cross-cultural design projects is preferred; able to read English documentation.
