Backend Developers are the architects and guardians of the core business logic of the platform. You will be responsible for the backend services and API interface development of various company platforms (such as AI health assistant, smart wearable devices, digital beauty platform, and health management system), supporting efficient processing of high concurrency and massive data, and driving the continuous innovation and intelligent upgrading of health and beauty technology products.

II. Core Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems of various company platforms, including core business modules such as users, health data, transactions, recommendations, etc.

2. Build and optimize high-performance, highly available service architectures, supporting stable integration and data interaction with frontend, mobile, and third-party systems.

3. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API interfaces, ensuring data security, efficient flow, and system scalability.

4. Support backend data processing and task scheduling for modules such as health management, AI algorithms, and data analysis, optimizing overall platform performance.

5. Collaborate with product, frontend, algorithm, and other teams to efficiently meet requirements and promote business function implementation.

6. Keep up with new backend technologies (such as cloud computing, microservices, serverless, etc.) and drive continuous system upgrades and technological innovation.

7. Participate in code review, system testing, and technical documentation writing to enhance team technical level and development efficiency.

III. Criteria

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields.

2. Proficient in at least one mainstream backend development language and related frameworks, such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, etc.

3. Experience in database (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) design and optimization, familiar with cache (Redis, etc.) and middleware such as message queues.

4. Experience in RESTful API development, interface security, and design of high-concurrency, highly available systems.

5. Experience with cloud services (such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.), microservice architecture, and containerized deployment (Docker/K8s) is preferred.

6. Backend development experience in fields such as healthcare, e-commerce, or IoT is preferred.

7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, a passion for technological innovation, and strong problem-solving abilities.

8. Able to read English technical documentation and keep up with cutting-edge industry trends.
