I. Membership Requirements:

1. Passionate about the health industry, medical care, and education & training industry;

2. Possess social responsibility, compassion, and a spirit of dedication, actively participate in health charity activities;

3. Willing to comply with all regulations of HyperNova Tech LLC and actively participate in various activities;

If the above conditions are met, submit a 2-inch color photo, fill out the membership application form, and upon approval, become a member and be uniformly entered into the membership management system.

II. Membership Benefits:

1. Members enjoy HyperNova Tech LLC product distribution prices;

2. Members are eligible to serve as regional product liaison officers for HyperNova Tech LLC’s medical and health products, receive free product supply from HyperNova Tech LLC, and profit as members;

3. Members are eligible to apply for opportunities for Chinese medicine education and training;

4. Members are eligible to apply in priority for investment projects by HyperNova Tech LLC in the member’s locality;

5. Members are eligible to apply in priority to obtain investment from HyperNova Tech LLC and to participate in the establishment of Chinese medicine technology training schools, traditional medical clinics, or hospitals in the member’s locality; HyperNova Tech LLC profit sharing ratio: 4.5:5.5, i.e., member 5.5, HyperNova Tech LLC 4.5, and specific cooperation plans will be stipulated in a separate agreement;
