I. Conditions for Selected Suppliers:

1. Possess unique products, efficacy, and product quality;

2. Own independent intellectual products and brands;

3. Leading enterprise in its industry field;

4. Have its own production or operation site;

5. Have received government awards or honors many times;

6. Have a professional production or R&D technical team;

7. Passionate about the health industry, medical industry, and education & training industry;

8. Have a sense of social responsibility, compassion, dedication, and actively participate in health charity activities;

Those who meet the above conditions, fill out the application form, and upon approval, 30 will become excellent suppliers and be uniformly included in the HyperNova Tech LLC supplier management system.

II. Application Process:

1. Submit the membership application;

2. Carefully, truthfully, and completely fill out the Supplier Application Form, signed by the unit head and stamped with the company seal;

3. Submit the Supplier Application Form and supporting materials;

4. The Secretariat will understand the relevant situation of the applicant, review according to membership qualification conditions, and report to the CEO for signature;

5. Those who pass the review will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval;

6. Approved suppliers can apply for the HyperNova Tech LLC supplier certificate with the approval certificate;

III. Materials Required for Application as an Excellent Chinese Supplier:

1. A scanned copy of the legal representative's ID card of the applicant unit;

2. A scanned copy of the business license of the applicant unit;

3. A scanned copy of the industry production/operation license of the applicant unit;

4. A scanned copy of the customs import and export certificate;

5. A scanned copy of the import and export commodity inspection certificate;

6. A scanned copy of the intellectual property (professional) certificate;

7. A scanned copy of the honor certificate;

8. A scanned copy of the membership application company profile;

9. Several color product photos;

10. Product application introduction video;

11. A scanned copy of the product testing and analysis report;

12. Office address of the applicant unit;

13. Contact information, telephone, email, and contact person information of the applicant unit;

14. Bank account opening and account information of the applicant unit;

IV. Supplier Rights:

1. HyperNova Tech LLC suppliers enjoy member distribution without additional charges;

2. Suppliers are eligible to enjoy the right of direct platform investment procurement of goods;

3.Suppliers are eligible to apply to participate in cooperation opportunities in energy, ecology, agriculture, electronics, medical care, health, and Chinese medicine education and training projects in American countries;

4. Suppliers are eligible to apply in priority for the right to use HyperNova Tech LLC resource information;

5. Suppliers are eligible to apply in priority for the right to cooperate with HyperNova Tech LLC members;

6. Suppliers are eligible to apply in priority to participate in the establishment of Chinese medicine technology training schools, traditional medical clinics, or hospitals initiated by HyperNova Tech LLC;

V. Supplier Obligations:

1. Abide by the articles of association and implement HyperNova Tech LLC's resolutions;

2. Do not disclose HyperNova Tech LLC’s secrets;

3. Safeguard the legitimate rights and reputation of HyperNova Tech LLC;
