The Marketing Manager is the promoter of the company's brand strategy and the creator of market value. II. Core Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement overall corporate marketing strategies, responsible for brand positioning, annual promotion plans, and product market implementation schemes;
2. Continuously study industry dynamics, user needs, and market trends, exploring potential opportunities in the health and beauty technology sector;
3. Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including new product launches, digital content promotion, cooperative public relations, exhibitions, and forums, to enhance brand awareness and user engagement;
4. Integrate and manage various digital marketing channels (such as the official website, social media, search engines, e-commerce platforms, etc.), formulate precise marketing plans, and optimize promotion effectiveness;
5. Responsible for brand content development, including product copywriting, promotional materials, press releases, etc., to enhance brand image and storytelling;
6. Analyze market data and user feedback, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, continuously optimize strategies, and support product iteration and business growth;
7. Build and manage the marketing team, cultivate team innovation ability and execution, and promote efficient departmental collaboration and development;
8. Work closely with product, sales, technology, and external partners to support global and localized brand development.
III. Criteria
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communication, management, international business, or related fields;
2. Over three years of experience in marketing planning and team management in the technology or consumer goods industry; experience in health, medical, beauty, or digital product promotion is preferred;
3. Familiar with digital marketing, social media operations, and content creative planning, with successful cases of brand building, event planning, and integrated marketing;
4. Excellent market insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking, able to independently formulate and implement marketing plans;
5. Good communication, teamwork, and cross-department coordination skills;
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with an international perspective, able to support brand overseas expansion and multi-language content management;
